my disabled daughter had surgery at UVM so the Doubletree was great access to the UVM hospital but After my last stay was horrible but I spoke with Thomas an brought it to his attention what was not acceptable and I told him that I had to come back up for another surgery and he agreed to give me a discount and he stuck to his word even though I got charged for meals that I didn't have or my family didn't have but anyways.

When booking this room on booking.com it quoted $151.00, I ended up getting charged $181.00 - That's quite a big difference i.e. greater than 15%, it would be fairer if these prices were more accurate.

It was the perfect place to stay close to UVM. Staff was wonder. I will definitely be back!
