The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the facilities are great. However, the customer service was disappointing. The staff were not welcoming or friendly, which made the overall experience less enjoyable. What was even more concerning was that they attempted to charge my card the day after I had already checked out, without any clear explanation. Because of this experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again
