The hotel itself is actually closer to Inaricho subway station compared to the JR Ueno station. So for travellers who aim to be using more of the Ueno JR station, it will take you quite a walk to go to this hotel. The hotel itself is at least Tokyo standard for its price with tiny room not enough for the 2 of us to lay out both our luggage. Cleanliness is average. There are nearby supermarket and convenience stores which is very convenient if you need to shop for food. Do note that for winter, the hotel does not have any cooling system for the AC(only heating). the only option if it gets too warm is to turn off the AC and open the window to allow for some air circulation.
