This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The room was extremely dirty, with unclean bedsheets and pillow covers. The bathroom was in terrible condition—there was a bad smell, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The staff behavior was also very rude and unprofessional. They seemed to have no basic sense of customer service. Even the AC and lights were not working properly, and despite multiple complaints, no action was taken. After paying so much money, receiving such poor service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Total waste of money and time.
